VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL VISAS: 

1. ONE Visa Application form to be filled out completely, and signed. Please include your telephone number and e-mail address. إستمارة واحدة يجب تعبئتها و توقيعها مع كتابة رقم الهاتف و البريد الإلكتروني

2. Photocopy of pages 2 & 3 of your passport, which must be valid for at least 6 (six) months from the date of submitting the application.  تصوير صفحة رقم 2 و 3 من الجواز، و الذي يجب ان يكون صالحا لستة اشهر على الأقل
IMPORTANT: DO NOT SEND ORIGINAL PASSPORTS – COPIES ONLY مهم: لا ترسل جوازاتك - فقط نسخ

3. TWO passport-size photographs to be attached to the application. صورتان  من اجل جواز للإستمارة

4. A prepaid courier slip and a self addressed envelope are required for the return of the passport.
